Irwin Creek Tributary Phase 2 Yeoman Road to DeWitt Lane Wastewater Pipe Replacement

Located in Charlotte’s Clanton Park/Roseland and Yorkmont neighborhoods, this wastewater pipe replacement project consists of 14,372 linear feet of 12-inch to 24-inch PVC and DIP sewer pipe.

The project begins in the commercial area at Barringer Drive, Stuart Andrew Boulevard and Michael Wylie Drive. Construction began in summer 2020 and is expected to take 24 months to complete.
