To meet the City of Greenville’s growing water demands, a 42-inch water main was installed to provide reliable delivery of raw water from the Table Rock Reservoir to the Stovall Water Treatment Plant in South Carolina.
The project consisted of 41,115 linear feet of 42-inch raw water line, 442 linear feet of 31-inch DIP, 29 manholes and four river crossings. Work also included removal of 8,156 linear feet of 30-inch CIP water pipe and 16 aerial crossings. The $10.45 million project was completed below bid.
