One of the first progressive design/build projects for Charlotte Water, the Wilmore Wastewater Pipe Replacement consisted of installation of more than 6,300 linear feet of 12-inch to 30-inch sewer pipe and a 60-inch tunnel under I-77. The $7 million project was necessary to meet the growth demands of the historic Wilmore neighborhood.
